Project Management
Technical excellence alone does not guarantee a successful launch — coordination does. Bringing developers, designers, and marketers into alignment around a shared timeline and a shared definition of done is a discipline in its own right, and one we treat with the same rigor as any engineering problem. We lead sprints with clearly defined goals and deliverables at each stage, so that every contributor understands not just what they're building, but why it matters to the milestone ahead.
Risk management is proactive, not reactive: we identify potential bottlenecks, dependency conflicts, and resourcing gaps before they threaten a deadline, rather than scrambling to explain them after the fact. This approach allows each discipline — engineering, design, marketing — to operate with full expertise and autonomy within their domain, while the project as a whole stays coherent and moving in a single direction. Our objective in project management is unambiguous: predictable delivery, on schedule, without sacrificing the quality that makes a launch worth shipping.
